General Information:
- Exhibitor Reservation Deadline is January 21, 2009.
- Non-refundable payment IN FULL is due at time of reservation.
- Set-up for event is required prior to Event hours: Sunday, February 8th, 7:00 to 9:00 a.m.
- The following form needs to be completed by the formentioned date to guarantee space.
Provisions:
- Exhibitor space is defined by one 6 foot covered table
- 2 folding chairs
- Scavenger hunt supplies: complimentary personalized stamp, including “Expo Scavenger Hunt Card” for all participants
Pricing Fees:
- Single Booth: $550
- Electricity access: $50
- SPECIAL: Both this Expo and “South Shore’s Finest Bridal Expo 2009” at the Independence Mall on January 25th, 2009 (single booth only & does not include electricity) $950
Pricing fees include the benefit of a multi-media campaign:
- Radio Advertising x 3 weeks on WATD 95.9
Newspaper ad placement x 3 weeks: Community Newspaper Company throughout South Shore to Cape Cod;
- Patriot Ledger x 2 weeks
Pre-Event, Event and Post Event Media press releases and PSA’s throughout South Shore including but not limited to:
- Community Newspaper Company, WATD 95.9, Patriot Ledger, Clipper Express Papers, Mariner Papers, and
The Brockton Enterprise
