General Information:

  • Exhibitor Reservation Deadline is February 21, 2009.
  • Non-refundable payment IN FULL is due at time of reservation.
  • Set-up for event is required prior to Event hours:  Sunday, February 8th, 7:00 to 9:00 a.m.
  • The following form needs to be completed by the for mentioned date to guarantee space.

Provisions:

    • Exhibitor space is defined by one 6 foot covered table
    • 2 folding chairs
    • Scavenger hunt supplies: complimentary personalized stamp, including “Expo Scavenger Hunt Card” for all participants

Pricing Fees:

    • Single Booth: $550
    • Electricity access: $50
    • SPECIAL: Both this Expo and “South Shore’s Finest Bridal Expo 2009” at the Independence Mall on January 25th, 2009 (single booth only & does not include electricity) $950

Pricing fees include the benefit of a multi-media campaign:

    • Paid advertising
    • Web links on the premier bridal websites
    • Multiple South Shore Community Newspaper Listings
    • CMR/bridal expo web listing and link to individual participating Exhibitors
    • Multiple Wedding/Bridal guides
