General Information:
- Exhibitor Reservation Deadline is February 21, 2009.
- Non-refundable payment IN FULL is due at time of reservation.
- Set-up for event is required prior to Event hours: Sunday, February 8th, 7:00 to 9:00 a.m.
- The following form needs to be completed by the for mentioned date to guarantee space.
Provisions:
- Exhibitor space is defined by one 6 foot covered table
- 2 folding chairs
- Scavenger hunt supplies: complimentary personalized stamp, including “Expo Scavenger Hunt Card” for all participants
Pricing Fees:
- Single Booth: $550
- Electricity access: $50
- SPECIAL: Both this Expo and “South Shore’s Finest Bridal Expo 2009” at the Independence Mall on January 25th, 2009 (single booth only & does not include electricity) $950

- Paid advertising
- Web links on the premier bridal websites
- Multiple South Shore Community Newspaper Listings
- CMR/bridal expo web listing and link to individual participating Exhibitors
- Multiple Wedding/Bridal guides
